In 2015, with the financial support of Japan, the United Nations commissioned the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue to carry out a research on radicalization and violence in the Sahel. Eight countries to cover, a personnel of one hundred social scientists is deployed to collect and treat 800 interviews with inhabitants from border areas which are the most exposed to armed violence and insecurity. <\/span><\/p>\n
